         -Why and how did you start training?  Why would a girl start body building?

 

I know, sometimes I wounder about that myself. 

I know most of the people don’t consider it a female sport. Which is true.  I was the same opinion for long time as well.

 

Honestly about my past trainings, I always did all kinds of exercises for the thighs,stomach, bott with little weights doing many repetitions,of the girls do.  Telling myself: I had a big workout now I can eat,Kép

 

and feeling peace in my soul,and no guilt.  Sounds familiar??  My goal was to get toned and be muscular. I was never overweight,I just love sports and moving.

 

My world totally changed after I met with my first trainer Akos Afra. (2003)

He helped me everything. I follow all his instructions his meal plan,workout plan. My body changed drastically fast. I just asked a more toned muscular body and I got it.  Be careful highly proffesional personal trainers,will totally transform your body the way you want it and you feel it’s not even your’s anymore. Of course everything depends on the trainee and the trainer if you work together. 

 

You will achieve your goals.  After having one year training I won the Hungarian Championship.

 

  The way I started training is that I did expect much from myself no changes on my body.  When my trainer mentioned I have great chances for  the Compation will great quickly developing body, I couldn’t belief him.  I said to myself: “Me  can’t be”.

 

I couldn’t imagine myself with six packs with a totally muscular body.

 

But I tried,and the results was successful.

 

      - Do you do abdomen exercises every day to look like this??

In the past,I did it 5 x a week,but now with my new trainer ( ,I do it only once a week and more efficiently. Life is a never ending learning  process.

 

    - What is your diet like??

 

My diet consist of high amount of protein and very little carbohydrates.  I take in about 1000-1300 cal/day, it about 80-100 protein.

- How you can follow this diet for months?

 

First it’s really hard,because you remember of the good tastes and you have to get used to tasteless foods.

Nowadays  I don’t even notice it,and I don’t even care if I’m hungry.

It means more to me than stuffing my tummy.

 

 

Since I want to see achievements I have to make sacrifices. 

 

Lot of people don’t understand or don’t want to.  Body building isn’t just about training but 85% effectiveness depends on your diet,have well

 

Lot of people ask me, what kind of laxatives or fat burner do I use?? – I use nothing. Have to eat right, it is the important.  If you not eat so much carbohydrate,and you drink lot of fluids that’s a great natural laxative by self.  More you take in, the more you goes out of you. Kép

 

Water can clean inside out and vice versa.

 

     

 

   What is my hobby besides working out?

You can make yourself outstanding and unique if you belief in yourself.

 

 

 

 

If a people has a goal,than you can attract the right road with the right person,who to help you. It’s enough to imagine

You needn't choice success,you have to attract it and become an attracting person with attracting personality.


 

   Nothing can cahge our lifes more than asking Q’s from ourselfes.

I don’t like boring

people,who have nothing to say,and feel miserable and stuck in life.

A person has to have confidence.  People who don’t have dreams,golas, ideas become boring and slowly lose  their self- confidence.

 

     Sometimes you have to get into things which you fear of.

 

The more we are afraid of it the more challenging it is.  Big challenges with great deal of work and effort put into it can be very risky sometimes and you can lose a lot but what really matters ; “I tried very hard and did my very best”
