About my DIET:
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
oats or /muesli bar or protein bar
3, 80g rice
100 g chicken
4, 100 g chicken or tuna
Sugar filled cookies, cereals, granola bars, pastries and fake juice are NOT healthy snacks.
That being said, life is short....so if you want that piece of birthday cake,
for goodness sake eat it!
Enjoy life...in moderation!
My best advice is that small changes can make a huge difference.
Don't drink your calories in sugary drinks, alcohol or silly fullmilk and sugar coffees/espressos.
Also, packing your own meals and keeping your home a "clean" environment is key.
If there aren't cookies in the cupboard, you can't eat them!
I love ice cream - but I'll never buy a whole tub.
Instead, once every other week or so, Hubby and I go and get an indulgent cup.
This is a "safer" way to do it for me!

About my past
The sport has been part of my life since my early childhood. I’ve been doing body building and fitness seriously since 2000.
I did general fitness training until 2007, because I was told that to be in a good shape, you have to train at least 1 to 1.5 hours a day.
In 2008 I was introduced with a new training system - short, intense and incredible… I can say just one thing, it works!
I’ve been teaching this system for the last 3 years. You do not experience psychological fatigue or physical pains and you don’t have to spend hours in gym.
People feel well after the training.
Muscles get stronger, the fat burns away. You get the shape you’ve always dreamed of.
The training incorporates:
- 10-30 minutes
- Mostly 1 muscle a day
- it’s quick and intense shock to the nervous system
- complex exercises
- sports supplements, proper rest and nutrition
Incredible, but the simplest things work!
I love the fitness lifestyle and everything that comes with it. It makes me feel confident, persistent and in control over my life. I keep my femininity with nicely shaped body.
I have helped many clients both girls and boys. Besides teaching them about correct training methods I also taught them how to eat right. As a result they became more confident and found a belief in themselves. I believe many of them will remember me because my training methods changed their lives.
It doesn’t matter how old you are. It’s all about if you can look around and see what other people are doing, learn from their and your own experiences and mistakes.
Body building is one of those sciences which you can study and improve all your life.
